Q: I PURCHASED A GROUPON HOW DO I BOOK MY APPOINTMENT?
You are welcome to book online and pay the $10 deposit or Call 800-278-1719. The $10 deposit would be non refundable but, can be applied to gratuity. When booking using a Groupon please keep in mind you will be required to provide your redemption code in lieu of a deposit.
Q: ARE THE COURSES JUST TUTORIALS?
No the courses are actually setup like university level web courses. We actually go through 9 chapters of course material prior to the guided video tutorial portion. Students leave the course understanding all things lash related. We even cover the various eye conditions.
Q: WHAT DOES THE CLASSIC AND VOLUME LASH COURSE COVER?
SECTION 1: HISTORY, SAFETY, PRODUCT/TOOLS OVERVIEW
SECTION 2: CLIENT CONSULTATION, PREPARATION AND APPLICATION (LIVE APPLICATION INCLUDED)
SECTION 3: MARKETING, MANAGING AND FAQ/TIPS
Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE THE COURSE?
The courses can be taken all in one day or over time. Students have access to enrolled for up to one year after completion. Most students complete the courses in one day.
Q: HOW DO I GET MY CERTIFICATE?
To receive a certificate you must complete one lash (or brow) application on a live model (mannequin can be used for eyelash extension courses). Send pictures of your work to info@thelashexpress.com. In return you will receive feedback and your certificate will be emailed to you. If you would like a physical certicate it must be purchased.
Keep in mind all submissions are reviewed in the order received.
Q. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY STUDENT KIT?
Kits are shipped same business day if purchased before 5pm.
Kits purchased on Sunday or Government holidays will ship next business day.
Expedited shipping method is used to ship all kits.
Q. WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
We guarantee that our program works and that each student will be provided the tools necessary for them to succeed.
Refunds are only issued if the student has not enrolled or viewed course material in any way.
Once students have enrolled in The Lash Express Lash Academy no refund will be issued.
Deposits for Live In Person courses are non-refundable.

Anyone can attend our courses. No licenses or prior certifications are required to attend.
However, review course descriptions to ensure you have all the necessary experience for each desired course.
Q: WHO CAN PURCHASE OUR PRODUCTS?
Anyone can purchase products from us. While we do allow anyone to purchase our products it's with the understanding they will treat them as professional medical grade products.
Q: WHAT DOES CONTINUOUS SUPPORT MEAN?
Students who are interested in additional mentoring or shadowing for any reason can reach out to our team. We allow students to demonstrate or provide pictures of their work to get feedback and help in their area of improvement continuously.
Q: HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY COURSE MATERIAL AND LOGIN INFORMATION?
Once you have purchased your selection for the course you would like to attend, you will be prompted to provide information. That information will help us provide you login info and next steps. You should receive your login information within 2 hours of purchasing the courses unless after business hours.
